About Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 days (Mon.-Fri.) for order processing.
We normally process the order within the first 24 hours after receiving it. However, due to huge demand, the processing time of some orders will be postponed to the next 24 hours. In any case, we guarantee that all orders will be processed within 48 hours.
About Delivery:
Most of the orders are delivered within 5-7 days.
RGB lightsabers: Delivery time is 5 days.
Premium Xenopixel V3/Proffie/GHV3 and their RGB Variant: Delivery time is 7-15 days.
Some Order Delays may be expected due to the Sale Season.
About Shipping Cost:
Free shipping for orders over $50, $14.99 shipping fee for orders under $50.
About Customs Clearance:
For international parcels, the customs charges have to be borne by customers.
If the customers fail to contact customs for clearance within specified time, the return fee of the package has to be borne by the customers and will pay for the reissue or will be deducted from the refund. If the parcel is destroyed, the loss has to be borne by the customer for not clearing the package on time.
About Shipping Information:
As said before, we strive to ship orders the same day or the next business day after they are placed. This may take up to three business days on holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits.
- Tracking information for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out and updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
- If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered or has unexplained delay, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.
- If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undelivered package, you will pay the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages returned to us will be processed as a return, and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages sent to the incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer.
- If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to ensure that they did not receive it by mistake. You can file a claim with the relevant delivery service.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns.
