1. Delivery Times
1) Domestic Shipping
We will ship your order within 24 hours from the US warehouse. (In very few cases, we can't within 24 hours, but we promise to ship it within 2 business days.) Please allow 3-7 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.
Please note that if the items your orders out of stock in US warehouse, we will send your parcel from our Chinese warehouse, the delivery time will be 5-10 days.
2) International Shipping
We will ship your order within 3 days from the Chinese warehouse. Please allow 5-10 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.
2. Easy Parcel Information Tracking
Any delivery dates provided by ISABERS are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your ISABERS account if you have registered. If you haven't registered on our site, you could also track your order here with your tracking number.

3. Late Shipping or Delivery During the COVID-19
We do our best to make every package that can be shipped as soon as possible and delivered to customers.However, there were too many unpredictable situations during the COVID-19, which caused some orders to not be delivered immediately. For orders that have not been shipped within 30 days or the logistics information is not updated, we will refund the full amount.
4. About Custom Tax
Although we try to limit any additional fees, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. The exact value of this may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and charges. ISABERS is not responsible for any duties or taxes and additional customs clearance that are levied on your package.
